2 The average length in days of late responses
3 What software the HR team uses to respond to DSAR requests

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 20th September 2023 asking for information about the handling of HR Subject Access Requests.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
I can confirm that we hold the information you require. Your questions are answered in turn below:
For HR requests, could you please answer.
Question 1) How many DSARs were responded to late ( past one calendar month )
Answer: The last full calendar month at the time of the receipt of your request was August 2023. We answered 17 HR related Subject Access Requests in that month. None were answered late.
Question 2 The average length in days of late responses
Answer: As above – there were no late responses in August 2023.
Question 3: What software the HR team uses to respond to DSAR requests?
Answer: HR Subject Access Sharepoint site
Question: 4 Is there plans to increase the HR SAR team size?
Answer: No such plans are recorded.
