Thank you for your email received by us on 19 January 2021 asking for information about bus delays.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require. You asked for:
the 2019/20 delay information for buses no. 3 and 201
The information you asked for is available on our website using the following links:
http://bus.data.tfl.gov.uk/boroughreports/routes/performance-route-3.pdf
http://bus.data.tfl.gov.uk/boroughreports/routes/performance-route-201.pdf
These show the Excess Wait Times (EWT), effectively reflecting delays over the route if they go beyond the target set. We measure this across the entire service, rather than in specific places since delays may impact across the journey as a whole.
We are trying to provide a consistent service at all times and are committed to improving the network. Please also see the commentary provided below for background information on how this data is collated: https://tfl.gov.uk/forms/14144.aspx#faqs
