You currently make available the performance report for services operated on each of the London Overground lines, however this is not available for the London Overground that I could find, and also this takes into account any planned works which makes it impossible to understand which lines/routes are disproprtionalty affected by planend works . I would like to see this report for each london overground route, both with and without adjusting for planned works (so the same weekend and weekday service operated value, excluding and including planned works from the denominator).

Thank you for your emails received by Transport for London (TfL) on 24 November and following clarification, 28 November 2022, asking for information about London Overground service performance data. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. You asked for:

I would like to see this report for each London overground route, both with and without adjusting for planned works (so the same weekend and weekday service operated value, excluding and including planned works from the denominator) from 2021-2022 and 2022 year to date
Unfortunately, we do not hold the information you have requested as we do not record London Overground data in the format you are seeking, nor do we measure London Overground performance in isolation of planned engineering works.
However, the Office of Rail and Road website does publish London Overground performance data based on periodical statistics from Network Rail via the link below: https://dataportal.orr.gov.uk/statistics/performance/passenger-rail-performance/ Network performance data is provided from the drop down menu in the ‘Operator’ section by selecting ‘London Overground’ accordingly.
