Dear Transport for London, Could you please give us month by month the number of "Non goods Vehicles" fined for using the Rotherhithe tunnel between July 1st 2019 and September 30th 2019 Could you also give a breakdown of the number of fines over the same period for the 10 vehicle models with the highest number of fines.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 14 October 2019 asking for information about the Rotherhithe Tunnel fines issued.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require.  Your questions and our replies are as follows:

Could you please give us month by month the number of "Non goods Vehicles" fined for using the Rotherhithe tunnel between July 1st 2019 and September 30th 2019

We do not hold this information as we do not break vehicle down by “type” such as ‘non goods vehicles’ but by make and model.

Could you also give a breakdown of the number of fines over the same period for the 10 vehicle models with the highest number of fines.

Between July 1st 2019 and September 30th 2019 on the Rotherhithe Tunnel approaches on Brunel Road and Branch Road, we issued Penalty charge Notices (PCNs) as in the table below:
