Please can I have a copy of the minutes to whatever body made the decision on the report of 15 august 2022. 3. Can written and oral questions be made to committees and Board? If so what is the most appropriate committee to ask questions about the redevelopment, both regarding the garage and bus services to the public. 4. What committee deals with equalities. 5. Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 19 September 2023 asking for information about Edgware Bus station redevelopment.
 
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.

LBSL is London Bus Services Limited, a TfL subsidiary.

  1. Can written and oral questions be made to committees and Board? If so what is the most appropriate committee to ask questions about the redevelopment, both regarding the garage and bus services to the public.
 
Meetings of TfL’s Board and its Committees and Panels are held in public, except where they are considering information that is exempt from publication. The public are welcome to attend the meetings in person, or to watch the meeting online. The public can write to the Board or Committee members should they wish to.
 
  1. What committee deals with equalities.
 
All meetings consider equality issues in their decision making as appropriate, including Equality Impact Assessments where these are required.
 
  1. What is the procedure to send correspondence to Board members.
 
Correspondence should be sent to the [email protected] address. Members are only asked to consider strategic matters or issues that are coming before them for decision. Other correspondence is dealt with by officers.
