TfL received one payment of £280,000 on 7 August 2023, on behalf of the five councils: - the London boroughs of Hillingdon, Hounslow, Bexley and Bromley, and Surrey County Council. The payment represents a proportion of the claimants’ costs liability following their unsuccessful judicial review. It was not split between external and internal legal costs and does not include VAT.
