Hello, Yesterday my family and I missed our slot at the Christmas at Kew lights due to the cancellation of the overground trains. I wish to apply for a refund for my tickets and they request that I have evidence from the relevant transport authority. Could you please supply me with this?

Thank you for your request received by us on 11 December 2021 asking for information about cancelled London Overground train on 10/12/2021.
 
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require.

There were 5 trains cancelled on 10/12/2021. The below shows the headcodes and Stratford time is at origin.
