Hello,
I would like to request the following under the Freedom of Information Act in relation to the redevelopment of Gurnell Leisure Centre (W13 0AL):
• Please provide copies of all correspondence and between TFL and Ealing Council (or associated companies, including Systra in particular) between 1 January 2015 and the present for any matters relating to the Gurnell Leisure Centre:
• Please provide any transport surveys and assessments that have been carried out for this location or within a 0.5 mile vicinity of Gurnell Leisure Centre.
Please note, to avoid repetition within the request, the term "document" covers all written material on the information requested, including but limited to correspondence, emails, assessments, surveys, meeting notes, minutes and reports. Additionally, the term “associated companies” refers to all companies involved in this proposal including but not limited to London Borough of Ealing, Be:Here Ealing, Wilmott Dixon, EcoWorld, Barton Wilmore, Systra.

Thank you for your request received by us on 13 October 2019 asking for information about the redevelopment of Gurnell Leisure Centre, W13 0AL.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked for:

In accordance with our obligations under Data Protection legislation this information has been withheld, as required by regulation 13 of the EIR. This is because disclosure of this personal data would be a breach of the legislation, specifically the first principle of Article 5 of the General Data Protection Regulation which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would not be fair to disclose this personal information when the individuals have no expectation it would be disclosed and we have not satisfied one of the conditions which would make the processing ‘fair’
