Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.

From the information provided it is not clear what information you require. We hold ‘Rule Books’ (operational standards) – however these are not line specific.

Alternatively you may mean the line handbooks, however these are now consolidated into a single online Manager’s handbook, and therefore we do not hold the information specifically for the Waterloo & City line.
