Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 28 September 2024 asking for information about the junction of A205 south Circular and Rosendale Road London SE21.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy.  You specifically asked: Information is requested relating to of the South Circular Road A205 and Rosendale Road SE21 (hereinafter “ junction” ). including but not limited to road markings, lanes (all directions) and traffic lights.

The request is for any transport assessment relating to a right hand turn lane at the junction for eastbound traffic turning into the southern section of Rosendale Road SE21.

The request is for any plans or proposals for changes relating to a right hand turn lane at the junction for eastbound traffic turning into the southern section of Rosendale Road SE21.

The request is for details of communications with Lambeth Council in regard to changes to road layout or traffic light sequencing at the A205/Rosendale Road in connection with the creation of the West Dulwich Low Traffic Network (area).

We do not hold the information you have requested. This is because we have no proposals to prohibit traffic turning from the western arm of the A205 Thurlow Park Road (South Circular) travelling eastbound turning right into the southern arm of Rosendale Road. In respect of the junction and traffic light sequencing at the A205/ Rosendale Road intersection any discussion with the London Borough of Lambeth has been in connection with the scheme itself and not in connection with the West Dulwich Low Traffic Network area which is a scheme promoted by the London Borough of Lambeth.
