I have attached an excel file to show example of some info i'm looking about passenger travelling times.
If there is something like this kind info that would be great to work around passengers usage of trams.
I would need that info for only 2016 january july august and december.
I see great infos about costs will use these very well in the thesis, however some parts missing i guess need some kind of full info like balance sheet.
That would be nice if i can get 2016 full costs and monthly costs to compare with the months i work of passenger usage.

Thank you for your request received on 29 October 2017 asking for further information about trams.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we hold some of the information you require.
Unfortunately we do not hold ticket information by ticket type and time of day. The best we can do is provide passenger journeys by time of day, if you would like to request this information please let me know.
Trams income is about £27m per year and operating expenditure is £38m per year. Capital expenditure (e.g. track renewals and infrastructure renewals) is approximately £20m per year. This means that the cost per passenger journey for operations is about £1.31, this is based on operating costs.
Depreciation is on a straight line basis. The trams cost £1.46 million and have a life expectancy of 30 years, so depreciation is £48,667 per year.
We do not hold information on the individual construction costs for the bridges, viaducts and tunnels.
