Calls made to 0343 222 2222 since the start of November on the ULEZ zone. How many calls made (including any not eventually answered) to the line each hour e.g. for Tuesday 7th Dec 00:00-01:00 x number of calls etc

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 7th December 2021 asking for information about the number of ULEZ-related calls made to the 0343 222 2222 line.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. 

Specifically you asked:

Calls made to 0343 222 2222 since the start of November on the ULEZ zone. How many calls made (including any not eventually answered) to the line each hour e.g. for Tuesday 7th Dec 00:00-01:00 x number of calls etc 

I am afraid that TfL does not hold a record of the number of calls made to this number “on the ULEZ zone”. This number is used for all Road User Charging schemes - including the Low Emission Zone and the Congestion Charging zone as well as ULEZ - and our records do not allow us to dustinguish the subject matter of each call. Therefore we are unable to provide the information requested.
