On 11th Jan 2021 I saw a poster in a bus stop on Argyle Road, Ealing featuring "Aiden" and "Laura" with a child and the caption "Thank you for everything you have done over the years etc".
I would like to see;
1) the name of the agency or TfL department tasked with producing this poster.
2) the briefing given to them for this poster or campaign of which it a part.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 13th January 2021 asking for information about TfL advertising.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.

I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
This project was commissioned by our ‘Customer Marketing and Behaviour Change’ team and briefed to our Creative agency VCCP. The production of the advertising assets was undertaken by our ‘Visual Services’ team. The briefing they were given is below:
