I am looking to obtain some highways records relating to a road in the Tower Hamlets borough. I already contacted that Local Authority however and was told that because the road in question is a major road, it’s maintenance is undertaken by TFL rather than the LA. I am looking for Highways Records relating to the maintenance of the A12, specifically the A12 Northbound toward the Blackwall Tunnel, and the upkeep of the road side furniture at the junction of Lochnager Street and Zetland street (there are a number of traffic lights, metal barriers and illuminated bollards on traffic islands at this junction).
