We answered
Thank you for your request of 30th September 2024 – as clarified on 1st October 2024 – asking for information about Superloop bus routes. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“Which superloop route gets the most appreciations from customers? Which Route gets the most passengers? Which superloop route gets the least amount of passengers?”
On 1st October 2024 you clarifieid that the data was requested from March 2024 to date.
I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
Since 2nd March 2024 nine Superloop routes (SL1, SL2, SL3, SL5, SL6, SL7, SL8, SL9, SL10) are operating. Note that route SL4 is not yet operating. Based on usage data between 2 March 2024 and 30 August 2024, route SL8 (Uxbridge – White City) has the highest usage of all Superloop routes. For this same period, route SL6 (West Croydon – Russell Square) has the lowest usage of all Superloop routes.
Regarding “appreciation from customers”, our Customer Services team has run a report for all contact they have received in regard to Superloop routes which have been logged under the code “commendation”. The results are shown in the table below. Please note that this is not necessarily an indication as to which routes are the most “appreciated”, as each route is used by a different number of passengers, and the more passengers there are on any given route the more likely it is that passengers will provide such feedback:
