TfL Ref: FOI-2038-2324

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 11th September 2023 asking for the co-ordinates of the boundary of various Road User Charging schemes.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.

Specifically you asked:

Please provide the co-ordinates (using latitude and longitude) of the boundary of the following zones:

Congestion Charge zone;
Ultra Low Emission zone (which includes the newly expanded zones);
Low Emission zone;
DVS zone.

Ideally, the data should be provided as a KML (Keyhole markup language) file or GeoJSON.”

Unfortunately we do hold such files showing the longitude and latitude of the boundaries of our Road User Charging schemes. However,  that said, GIS data is available from the open data pages of our website (see here: https://tfl.gov.uk/info-for/open-data-users/) which may assist you further. Note also that maps of each of the zones can be found on the Road User Charging pages of our website here:
