Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our Information Access Policy. I can confirm we do hold some of the information you require. You asked:

On 12th March 2013 TfL released a report they had commissioned Deloitte to write entitled “Transport for London: Taxi and Private Hire Review”. Please send me the original report that TfL received from Deloitte before any editing had occurred. Please also tell me how much TfL paid Deloitte for the report.

We do not hold copies of any earlier versions of the report than the one attached.

Deloitte was paid £50,000 for the report.
