I request information on how many TfL PCNs have been issued to TfL London Buses for contravention code 3.1 entering and stopping in a box junction when prohibited in London
and in particular at the box junction of Euston / road/ Judd Street/ Midland road. the period from 01/01/2017to20/10/2017

Thank you for your request received on 24 October 2017 asking for information about Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs).
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. Unfortunately we do not hold the information you require.
Bus services are run on TfL’s behalf by bus operating companies, and the buses belong to these companies. When issuing a penalty charge notice we do not record the vehicle type. Therefore we only hold information on the number of PCNs issued to bus companies – we would not be able to specify if the vehicle in question was a bus.
