Compensation to TfL?

You asked
On April 12th 2018, Network Rail informed me via the Freedom of Information request 2018/00430 (their notation), that £16.21 million was spent on pocession cost and compensation to the TOC regarding the closure of the Gospal Oak to Barking line. Can you inform me how much was paid to ARL (the only TOC involved) and how much was returned to TfL?

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 4 November 2018 asking for information about compensation.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold some of the information you require.
All of the possession cost and compensation paid by Network Rail to ARL has been returned to TfL, however we are unable to advise you of the total, as the final sum is still subject to negotiations.
