I have raised several complaints about the bus not arriving at the stop as per the schedules timetable given in the TfL website or the drivers not stopping the bus in the Hogarth Gardens stop. Can you help me to understand the statistics of how many times 120 towards Hounslow Bus Station has arrived at Hogarth Gardens on time based on the tfl timetable between 7.30am - 8.00am since Jan 2019? I am making a formal complaint and this information will be my supporting evidence. Thank you for your help.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm we hold some of the information you require. You asked:

Can you help me to understand the statistics of how many times 120 towards Hounslow Bus Station has arrived at Hogarth Gardens on time based on the TfL timetable between 7.30am - 8.00am since Jan 2019?

Please find the attached bus route 120 iBus data from Monday to Friday between 01/01/2019 and 30/09/2019.

The file contains trips that pass Hogarth Gardens stop (column AL) between 7am and 8am. The times shown were recorded by iBus when buses departed or passed the stops. Unfortunately, there is no indication if the buses served the stops or passed by. A few trips show no iBus recorded times. Such trips are assigned with appropriate comments.

Route 120 is a high frequency service, and is regulated to operate at equal intervals rather than adherence to scheduled departure times.
