This request concerns the procurement of cleaning services by TfL and in particular the contract for cleaning the London Underground which is currently with ABM for five years from September 2017, and due to expire on 16 September 2022.
1. If there is not a procurement process in relation to this contract already underway, when is it going to be put back out to tender in advance of the current contract’s expiry in September 2022?
2. If the contract has already been put out to tender in anticipation of the current contract expiring in September 2022, when was this done / advertised?

We are currently assessing the options available to us for cleaning, with a decision to be made early 2022.
If the contract has already been put out to tender in anticipation of the current contract expiring in September 2022, when was this done / advertised?
