For example, here's the station facilities page for Amersham. http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/stations/AMR/details.html London Underground manage the entire station, including the elements on the national rail network i.e. not just the Underground elements.
As a result, under your Station Licence at http://orr.gov.uk/__data/assets/pdf_file/0017/2375/lul_stat.pdf at Condition 4, you are obliged to have a Disabled People's Protection Policy, and to send a copy to anybody who requests it.
The statutory Code of Practice at http://orr.gov.uk/__data/assets/pdf_file/0015/5604/how-to-write-your-dppp.pdf says:
"Operators must make their passenger document available to passengers electronically on their website, in both Word and PDF formats."
But I can't find it on your website.
Therefore please, at your earliest opportunity:
1) supply London Underground's Disabled People's Protection Policy, covering the above stations
2) identify where on your website this is published.
We answered
Our Ref: FOI-1992-1819
Thank you for your request received on 31 October 2018 asking for information about the Disabled People's Protection Policy (DPPP) for National Rail stations managed by London Underground.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.
We do not hold the information you have requested. London Underground is working towards having a completed DPPP, however assistance at these stations is covered under the various Train Operating Company’s DPPPs as we are acting on their behalf. We expect to have a completed DPPP next year, at which time it will be published on our website.
Please accept our apologies that we are unable to assist you further on this occasion.
Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
Yours sincerely
