Thank you for your email which we received on 13 November 2022. You asked: How many people mistakenly believe they have correctly registered for autopay but have only registered for the quick management list?
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. We cannot tell whether someone setting up a base account intended to set up an Auto Pay account.
There’re 2 steps to creating an Auto Pay account – first you create a base account and then add Auto Pay function to it, set up a payment card and associate a vehicle with it for it to be set up and working correctly.
