You asked
Could you please provide me with information about the number of vehicles entering the London Congestion Charging area (Total valid congestion
charges) for 2020 and advise me of the number of London residents entering the area that were eligible for the discount charge for 2020?
As with the previous couple of years, I have attached a copy of the email and information provided last year so that figures for 2021 can be on the same basis.

Please note that the Congestion Charging scheme was suspended between 23 March - 17 May 2020 due to COVID-19 lockdown. Temporary changes were also introduced to the CC scheme from 22 June 2020, extending the hours of operation until 10pm each day and for 7 days a week.
Additionally the Residents Discount is closed to new Applicants.
