Thank you for your further request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 25th November 2021 asking for information about the Liveable Crouch End gateway 2 submission.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked, as a follow-up to case ref FOI-1711-2122:
“You mention a further related submission in May 2021 which I was not aware of, would it be possible to ask for a copy - or should I make a separate request?”.
I can confirm that we hold the information you require. The May 2021 submission documents are attached. Note that redactions have been made under sections 40 and 43 of the FOI Act on the same basis as before. Note also that there are a further 15 appendices that have not been provided at the current time as the information if exempt from disclosure under section 14 of the FOI Act. These appendices are listed on pages 73 and 74 of the attached document “Crouch End LN Gateway 2 Report Revised” and the size of the content is shown in the table below. The section 14 exemption applies where, according to the Information Commissioner’s Guidance, complying with a request would “cause a disproportionate or unjustified level of disruption”. We have taken the decision to apply section 14 to the appendices at this time as we believe the time taken to review each document, page by page, to see if it contains exempt material is disproportionate to its value, especially if the material is of no particular interest to you. Further, we do not see any particular wider public interest in expending resource if the expenditure of that resource is not necessary. However, that said, please note if there are any of the appendices that you would wish to receive please let me know and we can consider the release of that particular document. Note further that TfL do not hold copies of either appendix E or K.
