Thank you for your request received on 19 October 2017 asking for information about revenue from media companies.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.

We have not received any payments from City AM Limited, Shortlist Media, Time Out Group, Time Inc. UK, or Square Up Media for the distribution of their publications on TfL property. Of the companies listed, Shortlist, Time Out, and Time Inc/NME have advertised with us. ShortList Media ran campaigns in 2015 and 2016, Time Out have run campaigns 1996 – 2015, and Time Inc UK, or its subsidiaries, as ultimate publisher of NME magazine, have run campaigns 1997 – 2016. We do not hold details on the level of revenue received from these campaigns as this is managed by our sales agent, Exterion Media.

If this is not the information you are looking for please feel free to contact me.

Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.

Yours sincerely
