Dear Public Carriage Office, I would like to know the following: 1. Monthly totals of green badge applicants from the beginning of 2012 to the latest available month. 2. Number of green badges handed out in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2016 (monthly totals if possible) 3. The net change in the total number of Green badge holders, as a monthly total from 2012 to the latest available month.
