Our ref: FOI-1968-1920/GH

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 30 September 2019 asking for information about London Overground.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.

The Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, Regulation 4, Section 4 (a) (b) (c) are applicable to our stations.

The Regulations do not place a legal duty on employers to make first-aid provision for non-employees such as the public. However, we consider non-employees in our assessment of first aid needs at our locations (e.g. Defibrillators).

That said, I can advise you that there are no station staff with first aid competency on this section of London Overground.

If this is not the information you are looking for please do not hesitate to contact me.

If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.

Yours sincerely
