I would be obliged if you could supply me with the legal advice (& from whom) that TFL received when concluding that the Uber (BV) app was a price comparison website in the 2014 uber model investigation conducted by Garrett Emmerson & Howard Carter

The legal advice held in relation to the role of Uber BV can be found in the note published at the following link: Please see the document published there called ‘TfL Uber legal advice_0.pdf’ as well as a letter from Sir Peter Hendy of 10 March 2015 (‘TfL- Uber 10 March_0.pdf’) which explains the circumstances in which that note was prepared.


There was no other written advice on the issue that you refer to prior to this note.
