Dear TFL, Under Freedom Of Information I formally request copies of the Consultation question documents that were carried out on the Ultra Low Emission Zone on following dates:- Consultation on Air Quality which was carried out from 05/07/2016 to 29/07/2016. Consultation on New Proposals to Improve Air Quality was carried out from 10/10/2016 to 29/10/2016. Consultation on the Maximum Age Limits for Taxis was carried out from 15/02/2019 to 26/04/2019. For the avoidance of any doubt or confusion I request for the Consultation questionnaire documents that Londoners filled in / replied to for TFL to be able to make their conclusions on. I have searched for this documents on TFLs website and it no longer available because when you click on the link a box comes up and reads “unfortunately, this consultation is now closed and no more on line responses will be accepted” Therefore the Consultation questionnaire documents that Londoners filled in / replied to for TFL to be able to make their conclusions on are not available. I wish for these to be sent to me in a PDF or JPEG format, I am Dyslexic therefore not very competent with IT. I cannot see that this is a very difficult request because it must be possible to scan Consultation questionnaire documents that Londoners filled in / replied to for TFL to be able to make their conclusions on and e-mail me the same.
