Request ID: FOI-1957-2122 Date published: 23 December 2021
You asked
You say re your recent advert that:
71% of Londoners think road users are not as considerate of others as they should be, but only 9% think they themselves could be more considerate.
Could I have a breakdown of these figures, according to whether they are pedestrians, cyclists or car drivers, etc?
Please let me have the raw stats you gathered behind this. An Excel spreadsheet format would be good thanks.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 26 November 2021 asking for information about the advertising campaign cyclist / driver.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold some of the information you require. You asked:

These figures came from a YouGov Road Users report commissioned by TfL. It is not possible to differentiate between pedestrians, cyclists and car drivers, as many of the people who responded use more than one method of transport. However, a copy of this report is attached for your information. This shows the breakdown of the information provided to each question in both percentages and counts format.
If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable to access it for some reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.
If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
Yours sincerely
