We would like you to provide us information about how many congestion charge penalties were issues from 30th August 2016 to 29th September 2016 on Newington Causeway and Aldgate High Street. We would also like to be notified of how many Congestion charge penalty were issued from 30th September to 29th October 2016. Again on Newington Causeway and Aldgate High Street.
