Since the beginning of the pandemic in March 2020, Transport for London has spent £1.1m on ads which communicate the Government guidance on important activities such as wearing a face covering, travelling at the quiet times, washing hands, and maintaining social distancing and also include reference to walking or cycling where possible, to reduce crowding on public transport, aid social distancing, and help reduce road congestion.

Where requests are made, please note that our response time may be impacted by the current situation.
