Thank you for your letter received by us on 9 October 2018 asking for information about the number of complaints received by Transport for London (TfL) concerning LED street lights since January 2017.
 
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require.

TfL has implemented a new energy efficient lighting programme to help reduce the cost of lighting the TfL Road Network (TLRN), while also doing its part to reduce CO2 emissions across the Capital.

I can advise that after analysing the results of our correspondence database, we have received 32 complaints about LED street lights since January 2017.
