Under Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information:
1.
All data that supports the assertion that 9 in 10 cars seen driving in outer London on an average day meet ULEZ standards.
I would like you to provide this information in the following format:
In Excel: CSV file. The data to include: make, model, engine type (ie petrol or diesel), Euro Status, outstanding finance on car (if held, I can otherwise find this myself with HPI checks) year of manufacture, location.

All trips made by Sadiq Khan in his V8 armoured plated Range Rover (a publicly owned asset, not his own asset – so information should be available and not hidden from us).
Location not necessary but the number of trips made and distance covered so as to calculate the Mayor’s carbon footprint and pollution levels. That failing, split by year (January to December) and total miles covered.

Thank you for your request received on 8 September 2023 asking for information about the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ).
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked for:
1. All data that supports the assertion that 9 in 10 cars seen driving in outer London on an average day meet ULEZ standards.
I would like you to provide this information in the following format: In Excel: CSV file. The data to include: make, model, engine type (ie petrol or diesel), Euro Status, outstanding finance on car (if held, I can otherwise find this myself with HPI checks) year of manufacture, location.
The data for outer London (in November 2022) shows that 9 out of 10 cars seen driving on an average day meet the ULEZ emissions standards, so their drivers will not need to pay the ULEZ daily charge or take any action ahead of the London-wide ULEZ expansion.
