I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, details in respect to the contract below. Batch 3 Oyster Calls The details we require are: • Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages • Actual contract values of each framework/contract (& any sub lots) • Start date & duration of framework • Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension? • Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed? • Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

Thank you for your email of 26th September 2019 asking for information about the Batch 3 Oyster Calls contract.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.

I can confirm that we hold the information you require. Your questions are answered in turn below:

• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages

Two suppliers participated at the ITT stage for TFL91640 Batch 3. They were Charles Novacroft and Journeycall Limited.

• Actual contract values of each framework/contract (& any sub lots)

£3m. Note that TfL contracts with a value over £5k are published on our website here: https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/publications-and-reports/contracts-greater-than-5000

• Start date & duration of framework

Start: 1 May 2016; End: 31 July 2020.

• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?

Yes - up to two years.

• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?

Yes - TFL91640 Batch 3 has been extended to 31 July 2020 in line with the extension provisions in the contract.

• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

Mr Volkan Altinok.
