F/on from FOI-1576 - For the past 5 calendar years (2011-2016), please provide a summary of Private Hire Licenses (driver, vehicle, & operator licenses), which were refused, not renewed or withdrawn. Please include the reason for each refusal, non-renewal or cancellation (withdrawal). Whilst not details for the organisations seeking a license is required I would like any data held concerning the number of vehicles or associated drivers for each licensee who falls within the initial criteria.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 17 October 2017 asking for information about driver, vehicle, & operator licenses. I am sorry for the delay in replying.

Please find below information on the number of private hire driver licence renewal applications that have been refused or withdrawn since 2014. Due to a change in systems in 2013 we are unable to report on data from before this point. We are unable to provide the reasons for a refusal or withdrawal.
