My apologies I may have not drafted my FoI request properly. I am not in any way requesting TfL to breach legislation. I now will attempt to redraft my questions for your response please.
Can you please advise me of the following:
• The TfL response times for the removal of Offensive and Non-Offensive Graffiti and Fly Posting on assets owned by TfL on the TLRN.
• The TfL response times for the removal of Offensive and Non-Offensive Graffiti and Fly Posting on assets not owned by TfL (third party assets) on the TLRN.
• The TfL response times for the removal of Offensive and Non-Offensive Graffiti and Fly Posting visible from the TLRN (for example Commercial and Private Properties).

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 13 September 2024 asking for information about the removal of graffiti and fly posting on the TLRN.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
I can confirm that we do hold the information you require, however the information you have requested in your revised request remains exempt from disclosure under sections 31 (law enforcement), 38 (health and safety) and 43 (commercial interests) of the Freedom of Information Act, as explained in more detail in our previous response, which is published here:
We can advise that we are only responsible for removing graffiti/fly posting from TfL owned property or assets, however our response times are exempt from disclosure for the reasons previously explained.
If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
