Under the freedom of information act, I would like to have written confirmation of the disruption experienced by the Woolwich - Heathrow route of the Elizabeth Line, on July 24th, 2024.
From the twitter account, I can see a 'Sever Delays' alert at 6:52 am and a 'Minor Delays' alert at 8:56 am. May I have written confirmation of this? including start and end time of the service disruption.
05.05 - Incident commenced from the start of the service, with no trains operating between Paddington and Abbey Wood. This was due to a power supply issue and late finish of engineering works. Contingency plan agreed and implemented.
06.09 – Power Supply issue resolved. Service recovery commenced.
06.45 – Severe delays declared between Abbey Wood and Paddington, with Minor Delays for the remainder of the line.
07.45 – Severe delays declared between Abbey Wood and Heathrow via Paddington, with Minor Delays for the remainder of the line.
08.01 – Severe delays declared between Paddington and Heathrow, with Minor Delays for the remainder of the line.
08.52 – Minor Delays declared between Paddington and Heathrow / Reading, with a Good Service on the rest of the line
09.20 – Good Service declared on all routes.
