Please can you provide me with the dates for next year (2021) on which night-time track maintenance/engineering work is due to take place on the metropolitan underground line spur branch between Chalfont & Latimer station and Chesham station.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 23 December 2020, asking about night-time track maintenance work on the Metropolitan Line between Chalfont & Latimer station and Chesham station.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. 

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. Track maintenance works to be carried out in 2021 on the Chesham branch of the Metropolitan Line are reactive works which mean they arise from a track inspection finding a fault which needs to be fixed in order to maintain the safe operation of passenger trains. Therefore it is not possible to provide dates for 2021 at this time.
