You asked

TfL currently have radio advertising about the 20 mile an hour speed limit A) The statistic that says road accidents have been reduced by 24% can you explain exactly where this statistic comes from and over how many months are they collected/compared over. When were the first 20mph statistics collected from ? B) Give me the statistics for these road incidents from 2018. Please split down the statistics over the same period/months at the radio campaign is based over so comparisons can be made. Or split down by months otherwise
