Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act 2000, Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679. could you provide information if any trains had been cancelled or broken down from 9 a.m. until noon on 3 September 2018, please?
If any trains had been cancelled or broken down, could you provide me with the information on which parts of the train lines had been affected, please?

These incidents affect mostly the trains and the locations where they occur. That is why they are categorised as a delay or withdrawal and not a line suspension. The location shows where the defective train was cancelled or broken down.
