Our ref: FOI-1893-1819/GH

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 21 October 2018 asking for information about TfL Rail.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.

The toilets on TfL Rail services to Heathrow are not locked out of use and can be used by customers. There have been maintenance challenges which means some toilets have to be closed and we are working with our suppliers to fix this.

If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.

Yours sincerely
