Hello DLR,
In the current railway enthusiast books mention is made of loco 995. All I wanted to know is whether this loco has ever existed on the DLR system and if so does it still exist and what are it's duties? A colleague of mine suggests that the loco has never existed and the enthusiasts' books show a typo. Can you please help with this request.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require.
Loco 995 was a Ruston diesel shunter, and is no longer a DLR vehicle. Please see the attached image. I’m afraid that’s all information we hold about the vehicle.
