Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked:
Please can you tell me how many penalty charge notices have been issues for infringement of the box junction at the intersection of the A20. A210 and A2213 (i.e. near Sutcliffe Park, Eltham) between the hours of 06:30 and 10:30 on the morning of 16 November 2021.
There were two penalty charge notices (PCNs) issued at this location during the time frame requested.
In accordance with the Highway Code drivers must make sure yellow box junctions have a clear exit on the other side before moving into them to avoid a PCN being issued. If a PCN is issued and the recipient thinks it was unjust, they have a right to challenge it by making a representation to us.
