The salary range is ​between £20,200 – 21,100 – 21,500.
Is this position salaried or paid with an hourly rate?
It’s salaried.
If so, what is the hourly rate? N/A
Is there a an incentive rate for ticket sales etc? No.
If so, how is this paid? N/A

What are the contractual weekly working hours for a full time Customer Services Assistant at London Transport Museum?
How many days a week do they work on average?
How long does a average shift last?
What are the different Shift times?
If so what are the start and finish times for the different shifts?
Please note that in accordance with TfL’s obligations under Data Protection legislation we are applying an exemption to the information requested relating to the above questions, as required by section 40(2) of the FOI Act. This is because disclosure of this information would be a breach of the legislation, specifically the first principle which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would not be fair to disclose this information which relates directly to the individuals currently performing this job role and is therefore personal information; the individuals have no expectation it would be disclosed and TfL has not satisfied one of the conditions which would make the processing ‘fair’.
