It has come to our attention that the The Times and The Times masthead trade mark appears in a tube car panel advertisement for a company: Wise Alpha.
As such use was not authorised by TNL we should be grateful if you would provide the following information:
• The start and end date of any past, present and future advertisement booking.
• Confirmation of all advertising locations: Does the advertisement solely appear in tube car panels on certain lines? How many tube car panels does the advertisement appear in? Does the advert also appear on stair, corridor, lift or escalator panels? Does the advertisement appear on ticket gateways? Does the advertisement appear on 4,6,12, 16,48 or 96 sheet advertisements on any station? If there are multiple stations please list each of them.
• A copy of the advertisement is attached.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 17 October 2018 asking for information about adverts for Wise Alpha.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
The start and end date of any past, present and future advertisement booking.
Two campaigns from Wise Alpha have featured on our network. These were booked from 26 February 2018 – 25 March 2018, and 26 March 2018 – 11 April 2018. We have no current advertisement bookings from Wise Alpha, nor do we currently have any bookings from Wise Alpha for the future.
Confirmation of all advertising locations: Does the advertisement solely appear in tube car panels on certain lines?
The campaigns were only booked for tube car panels, and both ran across all LU lines.
How many tube car panels does the advertisement appear in?
The first campaign was booked for 4,400 panels and the second for 300 panels.
Does the advert also appear on stair, corridor, lift or escalator panels?
No
Does the advertisement appear on ticket gateways?
No
Does the advertisement appear on 4,6,12, 16,48 or 96 sheet advertisements on any station?
No
If there are multiple stations please list each of them
