Recent TfL has consulted on changes to be made to Central London bus routes. I note that in the consultation report it states 'Demand for many routes in central London is now appreciably lower than had been anticipated by this stage'. The information given does not clarify expected and current demand. Therefore, I would like to request the following information from yourselves regarding the above. 1) Please can you detail the current (between March - June 2017) numerical amount of passengers on the following bus routes - 3, 23, 25, 73, 137, 172, 242, 390, C2 and N73 2) Please can you detail the expected/predicted (between March - June 2017) numerical amount of passengers on the following bus routes - 3, 23, 25, 73, 137, 172, 242, 390, C2 and N73

We do not hold this information. We do not plan services on predicted ridership, instead we plan services to meet (known and evidenced) demand rather than predicted demand. Where there are obvious changes such as new housing developments, schools, hospitals etc., we will of course look to ensure that these areas are well served and seek to engage with the developers to see how we can achieve this.

If this is not the information you are looking for please feel free to contact me.

Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.

Yours sincerely
