I hereby make a FOI request for the following regarding Docklands Light Railway Ltd (DLR), which is owned by Tfl:
1. The current salary for Passenger Service Agents (PSAs) who work on the trains
2. Please confirm which depots PSAs are based at and the numbers
3. A basic outline of PSAs shift pattern. For example, '4 working days followed by 4 non working days'
3. The time ranges (start and finish times) for the following shifts: Early early, Early, Middle, Late and Late late.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 17th November 2021 asking for information about Passenger Service Agents on the Docklands Light Railway.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:

I am afraid that TfL does not hold the requested information. While the DLR operates under the TfL banner it is operated by a private company - Keolis Amey Docklands Limited - under contract with TfL. Staff pay, deployment and operating patterns are matters for Keolis and the requested information is not reported to us.
