FOI request detail

New details of former "Pensioner Liaison Scheme"

Request ID: FOI-1865-2223
Date published: 24 November 2022

You asked

I note that the following organisation existed with the following details: London Transport Pensioner Liaison Scheme 6th Floor, West Wing, 55 Broadway, London SW1H 0BD Gordon Marsh, Pensioner Liaison Manager (Telephone 0171 918 3759) The telephone number format is fairly outdated and the building the scheme occupied is being converted into a hotel. Presumably the scheme was taken over at some point by TfL and also may then have changed its name. Could you kindly tell me what happened to the scheme and if it still exists in some form, provide contact details. Thank you for your help with this non-urgent enquiry.

Our ref: FOI-1865-2223/GH

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 2 November 2022 asking for information about the "Pensioner Liaison Scheme".

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold some of the information you require.

TfL did operate a Pensioner Liaison arrangement, but this was stopped several years ago and is no longer in existence.

The following website provides details of current organisations:-
